Well smogon is testing manaphy. What do you think? I'm leaning to OU. Yeah...its hard to counter, but really, 100s in all isn't THAT great. And it doesn't even get thunderbolt. Yeah there will be more rain teams, and hail teams to counter manaphy, but that would make the metagame more fun.

I think it should be OU because its not good without Kyogre and yet it still fails sometimes.

manaphy seriously needs to be OU just to give it a chance to shine at least a little.. in Ubers almost everything can one shot it even with kyogres drizzle help. And i agree that it would make the metagame more interesting due to manaphy possibly generating alot more rain dance and hail/sandstorm teams.
